To Our Valued Customers:
Effective December 20, 2008 Thoro System Waterproofing Inc. will eliminate all fuel
surcharges on invoices for delivery. These fuel surcharges may have to be re-instated in
the future only if our fuel costs increase over current market prices and/or our vendors
increase their fuel surcharges.
The DELIVERY CHARGE will remain in effect for orders not meeting minimum dollar
amount, being delivered by any Thoro company vehicle.
